What's wrong with Lurking ?

The Oracle would consider the act of joining a forum to gain access to member areas and just looking to be akin to joining a gym so you get to look at women in skimpy clothes.

is it easy to load photos on?

Yeah the best way is to use an image hosting site like photobucket

You just upload all your pics then just copy and paste the img code of the ones you want into your post

Its also useful for resizing or cropping your photos!!

Finally got round to trying to upload photos. hope its worked.

nice looking setup you have there

How about starting a thread on your system Here so you can keep a log of whats going on and what new inmates your buying , its also useful and interesting to look back and read the highs and lows you will have in the coming years ...

I may just have to do that as I am in the process of starting to upgrade my FOWLR tank, it is a jewel 180 at the moment I am upgrading it to a 4 x 2 x 2
Just got to work out where the sump is going to go as the misses doesnt like the idea of a sump sitting under the dining table
in the meantime I will have a mess around and see if I can run a thread.

completely off subject but......i have just read the vulture thread and i cant reply to that so im doing it here i totally understand what you are ll saying but IM NO VULTURE there are loads of em across all the forums im registered with but we are not all like that. I myself have been registered on here a long time(had not realised as i registered with loads at once )but had i realised how many locals were on here i would have stayed instead of going elsewhere. So just wanted to say i like it here and will be staying so and as a bonus i have 25 posts now so cn advertise my tank lol. Im not fussed but coz its so cheap (want rid) would like to give everyone the chance thats all....no greediness in it

the vulture thread was brought about because unfortunately there are far too many of them about .. they join every forum and only ever visit the classifieds section so that they can strip bare / and then profit from / the misfortunes of people who are shutting down their reef.

as for the 25 post rule .. well that just makes sense .. we don't want a forum that is just another version of aquarist classifieds .. we want a nice friendy community ( of which you are now a part )
